The Plenipotent Company Limited is a consulting firm that affords clients the quality and reliability of a large corporation while innovating with the ease and flexibility of a small business.

We work with a network of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to transform challenges into opportunities for innovation.

Our Talent Development Programme is a comprehensive intervention designed to connect entrepreneurial talents with suitable opportunities in growth-oriented companies.

These opportunities are not for regular job seekers who are simply looking for the next paycheck. They are for serious professionals who understand the value of training ‘at altitude’ and working to learn instead of working for money.

If the prospect of taking ownership and bringing an entrepreneurial attitude to work doesn’t excite you, this is not a suitable opportunity. Successful candidates are happy to do complex work in an environment where the expectations and the demands to perform are high.
