Job Summary

We are looking for talented and motivated Website Development Associates to join our team on a contract basis. This position is part of our Global Apprenticeship Program and provides a unique opportunity for someone interested in gaining valuable experience and building a career in website development.

Responsibilities

Create website designs, including layout, graphics, and multimedia elements
Develop and maintain websites, web pages, and online tools
Test website functionality, monitor performance, and identify and resolve any issues that may arise
Carry out website backups and routine maintenance
Stay up-to-date on website development trends and best practices
Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.

Requirements

Systems mindset
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Attention to detail and ability to document processes.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Understanding of website design principles, including graphic design and user experience.
Experience with content management systems such as WordPress.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP) is an added advantage.

As members of our apprenticeship program, successful candidates will have access to training and resources to develop their skills further. This is a contract position, with the opportunity for candidates to grow into leadership roles within the company.
