What Comes Next

Upon submitting your offer, we will carefully review it to assess alignment with our values, goals, and team culture. For candidates whose proposals reflect a win-win alignment, we will proceed with a 60-day Observation Period to begin the onboarding process.

During the Observation Period, you will:

  • Engage in Key Performance Activities: Demonstrate your skills through activities aligned with your proposal.
  • Receive Regular Feedback: We will work with you to support your growth and clarify our expectations as you integrate with our team.
  • Evaluate Fit and Synergy: Together, we will ensure your experience with The Plenipotent Company is both rewarding and impactful for you and the team.

You will receive an intrapreneurship allowance to cover the costs of power and internet access during the observation period. At the end of this period, candidates who have demonstrated strong productivity, alignment, and potential will be offered a place on our team, complete with all accompanying benefits.
